History and Philosophy
CRAEMOC began as a general works contractor in 2015. Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, expertise, and experience in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades, and related engineering works.
Today, CRAEMOC serves as the main contractor for small to medium-sized projects and provides project management services to coordinate specialist trades in commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We also offer design input and engineering solutions as value-added services to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with a sense of assurance when they choose us to execute their projects. We emphasize clear communication and follow-through procedures to ensure that our clients' objectives remain a top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

Consultation & Project Brief
We discuss your project requirements, budget, and vision in person, via phone, or online.
Site Inspection & Feasibility Study
If necessary, we visit the site to assess conditions, take measurements, and understand the environment.
Design & Approval
If you don't have a design, we create one. If you do, we review and finalize all technical details.
Cost Estimation & Contract Agreement
We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract terms, ensuring transparency on costs and materials. Once agreed, we sign the contract.
Project Execution
Construction begins according to the agreed timeline. We provide regular updates and quality assurance checks throughout the process.
Handover & Post-Construction Support
Upon completion, we conduct final inspections, hand over the project, and remain available for any follow-up needs.
